Trends about the Japan Calamity altered as 13 year old Black sings Friday!

It's been undeniable that Rebecca Black's Friday is viral on youtube and other social media sites like facebook and tumblr. The video was uploaded on a Friday, Feb 10, 2011 and in March 11 the video gained notoriety when the popular blog The Daily What posted it. After few weeks time, it garnered almost 16 thousand views and counting.

Actually, this is not the worst video ever but this is the worst video ever to get the spotlight. Would you believe that the video itself made it to i-tunes Top 100 though it received abundant number of ridicule and rude feedbacks.

Several video replies and parody covers were posted online to condemn the video. Black had been cyber bullied because of this video as she feels guilty of posting it, but despite this, she gets comfort and strength from her family.

About the Video

The video of "Friday" is a churned-out product of a Los Angeles based company, Ark Music Factory which sends out casting calls looking for teenage singers to record its songs. Rebecca's "POP SONG" is the company's first major hit and everyone hopes it's the last.

Why is it the 'worst video ever'?

*Awkward dance steps.

* Bad lyrics! Repetitive words that became so annoying. Rhythm was monotonous; the lyrics states the obvious as if anyone is not aware.

Kickin’ in the front seat

Sittin’ in the back seat

Gotta make my mind up

Which seat can I take?

As seen in the video, the front seats are occupied, and the only seat available is in the back, so why the choice if there are no choices?

Other issues:

Friday's concept is that teenagers are off for a party on a Friday night. There is this scene wherein a man around his thirties did the rap verse while driving his car off to have a good time Lyrics are:

Fast lanes, switchin’ lanes

Wit’ a car up on my side (Woo!)

(C’mon) Passin’ by is a school bus in front of me

Makes tick tock, tick tock, wanna scream

Check my time, it’s Friday, it’s a weekend

We gonna have fun, c’mon, c’mon, y’all

and as perceived the man would come to the party with the teenage.

Few seconds of the video, it seems to be a typical teenage pop song of that of Justin Bieber's but as you listen, you'll ask yourself, is it a parody of JB's "Baby"?
